FTC - Flying Tin Cans

I have been flying IL-2 for the past few years with IRFC, 332FG, and 356FG. Would like to give FTC a try. I prefer fighters, but I enjoy bombing as well. I wanted to find a place with a high level of organization. My timezone is EST, and I prefer flying with other young people (I am 18). I cannot make it to events every week, but I should be able to make it to at least half.
